The active ingredients in the form of extracts are obtained through the extraction process. Fresh ingredients will go through a shredding process. Then it will enter into the main process, namely the extraction process using a vacuum extraction technique where the extraction is carried out at low pressure and temperature. The extract of this active ingredient is then solidified and dried. The extracted solids from the final process were then grinded and sieved on an 80-120 mesh to obtain the appropriate particle size.

Bioactive Ingredient Hydrolysate Process
The active ingredient in the form of hydrolysate is obtained through the hydrolysis process. Fresh ingredients will go through a shredding process. Then it will enter the main process, namely the hydrolysis processhydrolysis process using enzymatic hydrolysis where the hydrolysis process is carried out using enzymes that are selective and have high activity. The active ingredient hydrolyzate is then centrifuged to separate the liquid from the solid. The liquid obtained is then filtered by the ultrafiltration process. The hydrolysate is then dried by an adiabatic drying process through a spray dryer to produce a fine solid.
